Abstractions

I’m very honored to have been asked to serve as the juror for Morini Gallery’s (Mansfield, MA) exhibit of “Abstractions” best communicating the theme of Time, Place and Memory!

More information from the gallery’s site:

“The Morini Gallery at the Mass Arts Center (formerly MMAS) is seeking submissions for its upcoming juried exhibition “Abstractions.”  Within this theme, artists will express interpretations of the vague, but essential elements that portray notions of Time, Place and Memory. These visual notions may precipitate deep feelings from the past or display one’s hopeful vision of the future, all inviting the viewer into a place of thoughtful emotion and curiosity. Submissions should be largely non-representational in nature, or abstract in representation.

Artists are encouraged to submit works in all mediums 2D. (No photography) Works should not exceed 36 inches vertically and horizontally including frame!”

Show dates: March 2 – April 23
Submission Deadline: Feb. 1
